This came from one of our seniors who lead training.
**
hey all...

yep i tihnk the beginners are doing very well...

it made me think too... these days, the motivation within the bogu
players isnt very high... people are lazy and mucking around... i
think im one of the worst cos i sohuld be leading training...as
seniors, we should be showing the beginners how USYD kendo should be
conducting training...

the past 2,3 months we have been slacking off alot... i have talked
to * on friday and on saturday along with * and *... i
will try my best to become a better leader for the club... im not
going to muck around anymore, especially for bogu players... mark,
walter and peter also holds this point of view.

take training seriously... you can muck around in breaks or even
afterward training... but during those 2 hours, take training
seriously... if you do muck around, walter or i will ask you to sit
down... if you dont think you want to train hard, dont even bother.
this is how training is going to be from now on...

think hard about who you really want your training... do you really
want to muck arround and waste time? will the time that you spend in
training really well spent in those 2 hours...

train hard and have fun

cheers

I think I must be really obtuse or dense or something. I don't know what he is referring to, and well I think I train hard each session and I don't know if I muck around or not. I also heard something last night at the party and I was really surprised about too because I wasn't aware of it.... am I really that dense a person in regards to these kinds of things? Am I perhaps too focused upon my own things that I don't see these?

I don't know how much harder I can train really, I train hard enough that I fall asleep on the train after training..... how much harder do you want?? Aich..
