Invite to write a book chapter~

I quote from an email I received today

Dear Professor Chiou

I am glad to inform you that I have completed editing my first volume on handbook of Nutraceuticals: Ingredients, Formulations and Applications , which is published by Taylor and Francis and will be in market by October 2009.

Taylor and Francis has invited to me edit second volume of this series on “ Handbook of Nutraceuticals : Scaling up, Processing and Automation”. They have agreed to publish it by 2010 June.

I would like to invite you to author a chapter for this volume on “Application of spray drying processing technology for Nutraceuticals and functional food products” or suitable title which you feel appropriate.

I will appreciate if you will kindly consider my request and let me know your willingness to author the chapter.

Hmm, well, they always say "professor" even if I am not one, because when publishing papers, you don't know the 'rank' of the authors, so they say professor to miss offending people. The question is, do I have enough material to write a book chapter??.... I am awaiting a response from by boss since I don't want to be writing anything in a book chapter that may have sensitive material contained within without expressed permission and considerations...
