Friday morning, I went down to Rewards Distribution, who are a company that sell hospitality items. Plates, cookware, glasses, utensils, and so forth. For the NSW Police project in regards to the tempered glass vs polycarbonate we went there to buy some glasses. It was apparently "difficult" to find tempered glass, but it took me less than 15 minutes to find a distributor for it, and locate them. ~wonders at how bad they are at finding stuff~
In any case, we found them, and bought five glasses made of normal glass, tempered glass, and polycarbonate. They wouldn't sell us five glasses of normal glass alone because they are in cartons of 24 normally and wouldn't break it up. Then we had to find a slightly different version that was available in individual sale units.
Other than that, my day at work was pretty ordinary.
I then went to archery to do some shooting since Kendo had been cancelled thanks to the National Conference Games (which is like a Malaysian International Students only uni games).
I did some shooting, and it was mixed in terms of how the shooting quality was. It was pretty tired by it though. I did some scoring at the end of it with a 30m distance end, coming in with a 311. It's reasonable, not crash hot. It comes in at a rating of 65. Backward converting it comes to a FITA-90 score of 1020. At least it's over 1000 LOL...
Well, today, I woke, went to Kendo training, got beat by Master Choi, went home, and then built a rack to hold my target to shoot at home. Nothing exciting really, but stuff got done.
