Don't you just hate it when....

You know you have something, but you don't know where it is, but you want to find it?

I've been trying to sell one of my spare risers to raise money for purchasing new gear, and the unique thing about the riser compared to the rest of the risers of it's generation (since other bows have locked limb formats) is the use of a screw locked pocket. The limbs have these adaptors for it, and I had a spare set, but I didn't know where they had gone.

Man, I looked in the places I knew it to be last, and I found the bubble-wrap that they had come in when they had been posted to me, and I looked in a lot of places where my archery related gear was before I found it eventually hiding behind some cotton wool in one of my containers in one of my bow cases (I have a lot of gear...). But it was just bugging me that I know I had them, I know I had seen them recently, but specifically where had been lost upon me. Of course I remember seeing them since I had obviously only recently transferred them from the bubble-wrap to where they ended up, but it had not been of high importantance to me (since I didn't expect I'd need them anytime soon at that point in time) where they had been put....

Well, problem solved, but now I hope that I will get a much more reasonable offer for the riser.
