I just read Jenny's blog....

And I'm really sad to hear of certain things in it, well, read of certain things I guess is a better word.

Firstly, Jenny, don't think think that someone will make a better girlfriend to Stew than you.
Even you know better than that, and Stew knows better than that. If it was the case, then he wouldn't have asked you out, and he still wouldn't be with you regardless of the problems that he might face with his family having issues with you.

HOWEVER.
The moment he has problems with you because life is getting too difficult for him at home, then it will be the sad time to break your ties with him, as he does not desire the relationship with you enough to handle the problems he may encounter.

As anecdotal evidence (which is still evidence regardless of how poor it might be), I have a friend whose cousin is married to a non asian. They had been going out for seven (7) years before getting married, and every single day, he was copping crap from his parents, his family, and his relatives about her. But he stuck to his ground and just took it all, because she was worth it and more to him. Eventually, they got married, but even when they got married, none of his relatives came except for his immediate family because his relatives were so ashamed of him, they shunned his wedding and reception......

I think that is absolutely poor and unacceptable behaviour....

Secondly, don't worry about me and the chocolates, since I cheated with the poem lines =)

Thirdly, if you manage to sell all the chocolates, and you think there is more demand in the market (such as your lectures, classes, labs, pracs) then let me know, and I can get more chocolates for you to sell for us =)

But, as I have said, if you do need to talk etc, don't hesistate to write here, email, messageboard or at archery, ok?
