Paper 5 has been submitted to the Journal of Food Engineering. At a Massive 26 pages + images and tables, I suspect they will tell us to cut it down or reject it. Oh well.
Engineer, anatomist, microscopist, archer, Kendoka, gamer and last but not least, a human.
