I had a meeting today with my supervisor, just to check on how things were going with the crystallisation experimentation. We chatted about what he wanted to do with spray drying work and the metal chamber he had recently built for the dryer. We also discussed the inert loop for the buchi 290 spray dryer, but the problem with it is that it's a pain to put together on and off due to the tubing being super tight on the metal fixtures.

I also heard news about the thesis, the internal marker responded with the same as the first other marker, minor emendations. It would would seem that it was good results so hopefully the last one will come back soon enough and these emendations can be put into place and the final thesis done.

On the job front, still nothing, but Skender from the Foundation is going to contact someone he knows who works in aerosols/pastes/powders from the US to see if they have any contacts with job opportunities. I guess with the thesis possibly being finalised soon, it isn't such a problem to go overseas. Further more, I guess the US might be ok, even if they are in economic downturn..... My supervisor also asked for me to pass him my resume since there are people who sometimes ask the department for graduates. Hopefully something will come of it soon.

I've watched up to episode 6 of On Air, and it is quite a hilarious series to my tastes. The characters are quite lively and entertaining. I enjoyed it, even if other people have told me that they think it's crap. Meh, difference of opinions as usual.

Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark. 1981.
A classic.
The search for the Ark of the Covanant......
Harrison Ford in his younger years.
Not the best in my opinion out of the three filmed so far but it's still good regardless.
8/10.
