First impressions of Firefox v3.0

Well, when it comes to first impressions of this, it doesn't really impress me much. There are slightly different graphics to it is really the major visible change, some buttons are kind of missing on the toolbar, the menus look very similar...

What I don't like is the address bar, which is actually now known to be the location bar, or in Firefox it is the "smart location bar", is that it doesn't store your history like it used to, as in, when you type it, it won't stay there. It only stores the last 12 typed in locations because that's just how it is... I couldn't find any help on how to increase the number of entries that it stores in the location bar so far, but I might keep looking.

Instead, albeit clever, but not that useful for me, is it does a 'live' search for the address as you type in the location bar, from your previous history, and also the internet for the web-page that you are actually looking for. Personally, I was quite happy with it before, because, I didn't bookmark all of the things that I visit on a regular basis because they were in my location bar history. Now that they are gone, I have to actually remember what I visit and physically type them in to find them, instead of being able to just look though my location bar.

The history tab section bit is not that useful because it shows every page you've been to, so sifting through hundreds of pages really is ..... unhelpful.

I'm sure that there are other nifty things in Firefox v3.0 that I'm not aware of exactly, and may discover further on as I use it, but the annoyance for the first impression is that I want my address history back LOL.
