High Carb + Protein Breakfast Diet?

A recent article in the Sydney Morning Herald talks about a small study (only 94 women) where they varied the breakfast intake while keeping other factors relatively consistent.

It is an interesting read, and provides some more support to that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The only problem with this kind of diet that I can foresee is being able to actually stomach it and put it down. A lot of people I know don't eat big breakfasts because they don't actually feel that hungry when they get up/wake up, and therefore they are not inclined to eat a large/high carb-protein type of "big breakfast". They typically just have something small and easy and then pop off to work or something......

I would say that I could try this except for my situation being at home, I don't have really the foods/availability to have a high carb and protein diet for breakfast LOL. And the results are quite long in showing, at 8 months or so for real weight losses. And then there is the control of other meals haha.... perhaps too much effort.
