Shaft.

I have actually never seen it before tonight, when it was on television. ..... LOL.
It was hilarious, with some very entertaining lines. Samuel L Jackson was fantastic in it as Shaft.... Wasn't much substance in plot but, I don't think it ever had it to begin with for most part, entertaining really. I know some people really didn't like it and thought it was terrible, but I guess for what I expected, I did.

7.5/10

I spoke with my cousin on msn tonight in regards to my upcoming trip to Brisbane for my school friends engagement lunch in July. So I've arranged to get myself to Fruitgrove I think, though she wants to go to the city and take Sticker Photo/Puriclub. Apparently it's $10 for the old machines or $14 for the new machines, which is $1 cheaper than the ones at Capital Square here in Sydney LOL. She's on school holidays apparently so that's lucky. If I'm not carrying much luggage, perhaps I should talk to her again some other day, and arrange to meet her in the city or something instead cos the trains go directly to the city first.... I haven't seen her in 10 years... she's already 17 lol but she'll always be my little cousin haha.

I've also been messing more with the Monks class on DDO. It's quite slow going for me, solo'ing mostly as worse I can. I am now level 4.1 so it's grind grind grind really.. They just aren't built to be a solo class I think, and their attacks, being melee is... hmm. They do get the extra attack every 3 levels to normal progression, but, fists are kind of weak to some extent. The use of the ki is ok, but a hassle to use in terms of having to have enough ki, cos if you miss a strike with the ki charge on it that you spend, then thats gone and you are still down ki and the hit.... The different stances is ok, but with the enhancement chain... at level 4, they really aren't anything special. I've respecc'd my enhancements to be of Wind and Earth lines, so I get faster attack speed/remove blindness and damage reduction with con bonus/remove disease as the primary abilities. And also the path of the turtle. Basically a damage soaking monk I think. It's going to be a hard slog without getting into a decent party I think.
