I travelled up to Brisbane to attend my best friend's engagement party at his parents home. It was a pretty long weekend with a lot of things to be done before the party occurred. The day before however I did manage to kick some sandstone and destroy my little toenail on my foot resulting in me missing half a toenail and well, making it slightly annoying to walk, nor run. The party had about seventy people or so turn up and there was much food and drink to be had. Ice-cream cake and pavlova too. I played photographer once more and took quite a lot of photographs for the event which can be viewed on my flickr in low quality here at http://www.flickr.com/photos/dchiou/sets/72157612185512802/
It was lots of fun, and I also managed to catch up with some of my school friends that I had not seen in many years, which was excellent, and I have been invited to go to a bucks party for one of the two couples engaged out of my friends in the Australia Day weekend. I don't know the details yet nor if I will have the money, but we will have to just wait and see.
