Going through some files on my desktop I came across an accounting file I was using to track money for a combined birthday present we had bought someone a little while back.
At the moment, I'm still short $120 or so, though that includes "my" share of the cost. We originally had 10 people to pay for the total, and then it became like 12, but only 8 people have paid. I guess I just am too nice to be chasing people to hit them up for their $20 or so...
Is that a problem? I mean, $120 really isn't that big a deal over time... oh well.

that's one of the risks of offering to collect money from acquaintances...
invest in some excellent stocks? lol
They aren't just acquaintances, but friends. I guess I work so I don't mind shelling out a larger portion of the cost ~shrug~ karmic forces will find the money back to me eventually :P
oh, it's even harder with friends unless you're comfortable about poking at each other about everything... they could have just forgotten... heck yeah, if they're not working yet you should pay more :P
Hey Don,
If that ever happens with me (or, indeed, if I am one of the friends to whom you refer here...), make sure you chase me up! I don't want my bad short-term memory to short-change you!
D
Nah, you're not one of them Duncan. It was Kendo people :P A bunch of young'uns.
