WiiFit

It's actually surprisingly good, much better than I thought it would be.

It comes in a flat box, similar to a 22" LCD monitor actually, and weighs quite a bit too.
The sensor system is decent and measures your weight reasonably well. They also calculate your BMI using your input weight and their weighed mass from the controller. The sensor also has a fairly decent response in terms of its x-y axis too across both pads.

It offers a range of activities like Yoga, muscle training, Aerobics and fun games. They can be quite challenging especially when you see where your center of mass is on the screen and try to control it to what they want.

The downside is you have to have quite a bit of clear space infront of your Wii TV unit, because you will need it.

Make sure you warm up if you can, and also wear lightish clothing, or something that allows you to move and stretch, since I suspect if you're in jeans, it would make some of these a bit difficult LOL.

Will have to see how it continues once we manage (if we manage) to unlock more of the exercises and games =)
