While this is quite an old movie and I have seen it many many times in the past, I decided to watch it again as it was being on television tonight. It's the Cinderella story but told with a little lighthearted tone except for the start.
It stars Drew Barrymore as the main character who is the lowly servant and step daughter of a vile woman whose only intent is to marry off her haughty daughter to the prince.
It has some great lines in it like when Leonardo Da Vinci says "I shall go down in history as The Man Who Opened a Door!" after opening a door by pulling the hinge pins out.
It is a very nice romantic chick flick, thumbs up from me.
